About Project

Junction Grove is the brainchild of local Englewood advocate Howard Bailey and project long in the works at this location. The multi-use space services as an artist’s gallery, collaboration space and resource center on the first level. The second and third levels have convertible live / work spaces for local artists- the live / work spaces are connected by a shared stairwell allowing for whole-building open gallery events. The purpose of this project is to provide an outlet for local Englewood residents to create art and display art in the community, and to offer like-minded individuals an opportunity to live in a space surrounded by like-mind creators. The long term vision for this space is one of a building centered around art, community engagement and collaboration. Project construction is just now underway.
